Reflexology
Reflexology is a safe, gentle non-invasive holistic treatment performed on the feet or hands. It’s a natural therapy that can help the body produce more energy, help boost the immune system and create a stronger body and calmer mind. It can be beneficial in helping to reduce:
⟡ Stress, anxiety, depression related conditions ⟡
⟡ Arthritis ⟡
⟡ Asthma and respiratory problems ⟡
⟡ Back and shoulder pain ⟡
⟡ Eczema and dermatitis ⟡
⟡ Chronic and acute conditions ⟡
⟡ Digestive disorders, such as IBS and constipation ⟡
⟡ Headaches and migraines ⟡
⟡ Hormonal problems ⟡
⟡ Sinusitis ⟡
⟡ Insomnia and sleep disorders ⟡
Reflexology has many benefits and can induce a deep sense of calm. Many people use reflexology as a way to unwind and destress the mind and body, as it can induce deep relaxation. If you are feeling stressed, under the weather or are suffering with any of the above conditions, come and have a treatment and find out how beneficial reflexology is for you!

Hot Stone Reflexology
A Hot Stone Reflexology treatment consists of a normal reflexology treatment which is adapted to use warming preheated basalt stones.
The hot stones enable the therapist to work deeply but at the same time work gently. The combination of reflexology and deep heat allows for a deeply relaxing and beneficial treatment.
Benefits of hot stone reflexology
⟡ Deeply relaxing and stress relieving ⟡
⟡ Heat penetrates to a much deeper level than finger pressure, reaching around 7cm into the tissues. This brings about physiological changes as well as improving energy flow ⟡
⟡ Improves blood circulation & lymphatic drainage ⟡
⟡ Promotes the release & elimination of toxins ⟡
⟡ Boosts immunity and the lymphatic function ⟡
How does it work?
The heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscle tissue, allowing the feet to relax 4-5 times faster than in a standard reflexology treatment. The heat from the stones help the energy flow through the body and promotes a meditative and calm state.
Oncology Reflexology
Many people are apprehensive about the safety of massage or reflexology during and after cancer treatment. Complementary Alternative Medicine is becoming more widely available and popular to support and complement conventional medical treatment.
Being diagnosed with cancer or any other chronic illness has a mental and physical effect on your wellbeing, causing stress, anxiety, nausea and pain.
Both massage and reflexology are non-invasive therapies which are dedicated for people with cancer and their carers. The treatment can be adapted to people of all ages and any cancer.
Oncology Therapies should only be carried out by a therapist who has been specially trained to carry out massage and reflexology on people undergoing treatment or who have a history of cancer.
Being diagnosed with cancer can be a terrible shock, turning your world upside down. Reflexology is a very gentle and relaxing treatment. It is adapted to you and can be done in a chair, on a sofa or in bed.
The benefits of reflexology are:
⟡ Relieves stress and tension ⟡
⟡ Relieves anxiety ⟡
⟡ Helps with fatigue ⟡
⟡ Can help ease nausea ⟡
⟡ Can help with insomnia ⟡
⟡ Relieves headaches and migraines ⟡
⟡ Can help to improve mood ⟡
